How much do you charge?Every business is unique so we have no set prices. If you would like a quote please contact us with your online marketing goals and budget. We will research your business and send you a proposal that includes the services most suited to your business as well as our fees. The proposal will also set out goals and estimated time frames.
Do you have “lock-in” contracts or can you cancel at any time?We are dedicated to achieving excellent results. If we do not achieve the agreed goals set out in the proposal or if you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may cancel the contract after the next invoice has been issued (usually at the end of the month).
Can I pick and choose which services I would like to use?Yes. We will send you a proposal of the services we think is best suited to your business and budget, but it is not uncommon for clients to omit some services from the proposal and add others. You may also use just one service alone. We are very flexible.
I have a small business with a small budget, can you help?Absolutely. We have helped a number of small businesses with their online marketing. We will give you a proposal based on your budget. We can help to cost-effectively set-up and launch a new website or reinvigorate older websites.
Do you offer your services in my city or country?Most likely! Our business is run almost entirely online. This reduces our overheads and allows us to offer very affordable services. We have worked with businesses from Australia and around the world.
